The project is located on a 3.8-acre land-locked site, with only a 10-foot wide by 400-foot long easement providing access to the nearest street. The developers required family housing with a special needs component and an architectural style responds interpretively to the City's requirement for a Spanish Revival aesthetic.  Major ground level program components activate the generous central courtyard while also serving to mask the 1st floor podium parking.  When completed, the 180,000sf complex will provide 138 family units.
