This transit-oriented development, being funded in part by CRA/LA is located on the east L.A. extension of the Metro Goldline, and situated between two Boyle Heights landmarks - El Mercado and the Evergreen Cemetery, will provide 59 affordable housing units and 5,000 sf of retail space.
